Is the design ergonomic?
Yes, GoGoVie® is Ergonomically designed for a customizable SitFit™ in the squat seat position or in the Cradle or Semi-cradle positions. The VestBack™ evenly distributes baby's weight onthe user's lower back & shoulders.

Is this a sling or a buckled carrier?
It's a hybrid of the two! GoGoVie is a soft structured carrier that's not as unstructured as a wrap or sling and not as rigid as a backpack. In fact, it's the perfect middle-of-the-road choice for those seeking comfort, safety, and quality.
Is the carrier machine washable?
Absolutely! The Carrier, Cover & ChewMe Strap are all machine washable.
Throw it all in the wash & just hang to dry. This keeps the denim with a "just dry cleaned" look & feel.
What fabric is GoGoVie made from?
GoGoVie uses a stretched denim fabric with a blend of cotton, polyester, and spandex
Can I breastfeed with my carrier?
You can Nurse 'N Go in 5 of the7 CompleteCarry positions! Just a few easy front adjustments & you ensure a comfortable, snug, breastfeeding position.
Is the back supportive?
Yes, the VestBack is designed with wide padded shoulder straps for comfortable balance while also providing proper lower back support.
Can GoGoVie be used as a back carrier?
Yes, once baby has good trunk control at 6 mos. - 35 lbs.
Does GoGoVie fit all body types?
Yes! GoGoVie is completely adjustable using 50" waist straps and adjustable support straps to fit most body types and create a snug fit.
How easy is it to put on and adjust?
GoGoVie slips on over your head, like a shirt, and it has all easy front adjustments.

What are the age ranges for each position?
- Swaddle through 1st month
- Cradle through 3rd month

Has GoGoVie been safety tested?
GoGoVie is Patented & CPSIA tested & approved in both the Sling & SSC categories.
How long can my baby use the carrier?
Fold in the sides of the carrier to customize a narrow newborn seat.
As baby grows from newborn to 35 lbs; about 2-3 yrs of age, use one or both sets of leg supporters to maintain an Ergonomic M squat seat position or the Cradle or Semi-cradle positions.
What is the weight minimum and limit?
Newborn - 35 lbs., or 0-36 mos.

GoGoVie Features
What is the elastic on the ends of the waist straps for?
You can roll up any excess waist strap length and secure it using the elastic.
Why are there D-rings on the ends of the adjustable straps?
The D-rings have dual purpose. You can use them to easily pull down on the adjustable straps to bring baby in for a close, snug fit and you can use Velcro or a clamp to attach things like baby's pacifier, teethers, toys or your keys.
What is the cover for?
Our Cover is great for use as a sun shade,wind cover, receiving blanket, privacy nursing cover, or changing pad.
In between washes or for those needed fashion changes, the attached Cover is interchangeable
What is a ChewMe strap?
It's a detachable and interchangeable pillow for baby to comfortably rest on and also a moisture barrier from baby's drool or sweat getting on your chest or shirt.
How much storage does GoGoVie offer?
There're loads of storage in GoGoVie! There is a deep expandable front pocket for items such as a couple diapers, a small pack of wipes, or your wallet, and a convenient separate cellphone pocket.
Why is GoGoVie packaged in a bag and not in a box, like other carrier brands?
We package GoGoVie in a reusable drawstring bag instead of a box so you can keep your carrier clean and handy after purchase.
Shipping & Returns
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on orders $39+ within the USA and International shipping varies and is calculated upon checkout, based on your location and order details.
How long does it take to ship?
Due to high demand, domestic shipping is approximately 3-5 business days and international shipping is approximately 10-30 business days.
What is the return policy?
Customer satisfaction is a top priority at GoGoVie. We strive to offer the highest quality products for caregivers and their babies and we are confident GoGoVie will be your most comfortable, versatile, and user-friendly Premium Baby Carrier. If you are experiencing difficulty using your GoGoVie or have questions, please contact us by emailing Sales@GoGoVie.com prior to returning so we can assist you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Any item that has been used, washed, or altered will not be accepted for any return or exchange. Promotional/sale items are final sale (no returns, exchanges or cancellations). Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
Returns and Exchanges within 30 days: You may return all new and unused denim carriers within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less the original shipping fee of $12, or exchange the carrier for the cost of the new shipment ($12). The customer will also be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to GoGoVie.
Returns of new unused items after 30 days: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and exchanges of denim carriers between 30 and 90 days from the date of receipt, less the original shipping fee of $12. The customer will also be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to GoGoVie.
No returns will be allowed after 90 days, unless the One-Year Warranty applies.
Are there replacement parts for breaks or rips?
No, there are no replacement parts, but there is a limited product warranty which covers manufacturing defects.
